The idea of following a beauty routine may appear to be vain at first, but at the end of the day, it is all about you and how much you care about your self. Looking beautiful and attractive for someone special, or simply for yourself not only makes you feel good, but also lets you reconnect with your self. You don’t have to justify taking care of yourself. Whether you are a man or a woman, taking some time off to feel good about your image is a healthy thing.

Now, let’s go about our very own beauty routine.

Cleansing, toning and moisturising daily is good for the skin.

Try a herbal face pack once a week. Make it exciting: experiment with a new pack every week, but do make sure that it suits your skin type.

Use a loofah next time in the shower, and feel your skin becoming softer and smoother with every scrub!
Condition your hair after every shampoo. Deep condition if you have extra dry hair.

After your shower, moisturize your skin or apply body lotion.

Keep body hair at bay. Waxing, hair removal creams and regular threading help provide you with a well groomed look.
